The "Welcome" flower garden and double decker buses are a Victoria signature. One of the central areas in Victoria, especially for  boaters, is the marina in front of the Empress Hotel. The first picture was taken over the pilot house of the Easy III which is a Roughwater 41. The boat between the Easy III and the Empress is a Roughwater 42. Another of the attractions is the small foot Ferry's that whisk you about to various locations.
