These duplex, townhouse–style, cabins offer an inexpensive getaway. There’s no exterior maintenance, as The Pointe does it. There are always a few of these on the market, so give me a call. They start around $50.000 and climb to about $100,000 for 3 bedrooms, and/or a partial view of the water.
